Kickoff Broadcast Schedule (times are US Central Standard Time)

• 11:00 am Broadcast begins

• 11:45 am Q&A and Field Tour Videos (approx.)

• 12:00 pm Conclusion (approx.)

Kickoff Location and Procedure:

To get to the pickup location, please follow these directions to Eagan High School at 4187 Braddock Trail, Eagan MN:

• Drive to Eagan via 35E, then exit at Diffley Road and head east.

• At the second roundabout, turn left (north) on Braddock Trail.

• Continue on to the third entrance (opposite Ventnor Avenue) and turn left.

• At the tee in the parking area, turn left along the outside of the Eagan High School gym and stop at the East Entrance (door #40).

• Get into the queue if other teams are already there.

• Stay in your vehicle, moving forward as the line moves, and wait until an event coordinator comes to assist you.

• An event coordinator will validate your team representative for KOP (Kit of Parts) pickup.

• Your team representative must:

  • Be an adult (18+ and graduated from high school)

  • Bring a team roster

  • Show a photo ID

  • Be Lead mentor 1 or Lead mentor 2 on the team OR have submitted a surrogate pickup letter. If a team mentor that is not Lead 1 or Lead 2 brings a copy of their roster to show they are a mentor on the team, they may pick up the KOP as well.

  • Sign the checkoff sheet indicating that your team has received the KOP.

• Adult volunteers will bring the KOPs out and place them by your vehicle (no need to enter the school).

• We ask that you load the KOP into your vehicle, but we will load it for you if assistance is needed.
